STAFF

 Help make Black Hills Con into the convention you want to see. Become part of the team and help us plan our convention and future events.  

 

  • All staff positions are volunteer (unpaid)

  • Must be 18 or older

  • A Discord account is required

Event Volunteer

 We are looking for energetic and friendly members of the community to help at Black Hills Con. If you want to help out a fun and amazing event, please think about joining us. 

 

  • Must be 16 or older

  • You receive a free admission ticket after your shift

Gaming Volunteer

BHC needs volunteers specifically for helping in the game room. Video games, tabletop games, anything you can run is welcome. ​

Volunteer Information

Event & Gaming VOLUNTEERs

Black Hills Con is a non-profit 501c3 organization and all of our staff are volunteers.  Our events cannot take place without help from our community. Volunteers (non-staff) will work a 4-hour shift in registration, security, or badge check.  After your shift is complete, you will get a free 1-day badge to be picked up at the registration table.  This badge can be used at a later date and can be transferred, but the person who volunteered must pick it up in person.
